These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Z Painting Inc. (CSLB #904532) and by OakWind Studio LLC, acting on Z Painting's behalf. By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you accept these terms.

Program description and message type

This program sends customer care and informational messages only. Messages are recurring, may be automated, and relate solely to the estimate you requested. These are not marketing or promotional messages.

When you request an estimate from us, we send you messages related to that request. Messages include confirming we received your request, asking for a photo of the home, providing a price range, and arranging an in home walkthrough. We do not send bulk marketing blasts or promotional campaigns through this program.

How you join

You join only by submitting your own phone number on one of our estimate request forms and agreeing to the disclosure shown there. The disclosure reads:

"I agree that Z Painting, Inc. and OakWind Studio LLC, acting on its behalf, may send me recurring automated customer care and informational text messages, and may call me, at the number I provide about my estimate request. These are customer care messages, not marketing or promotional messages. I am at least 18 years old. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help."

Agreeing is optional. It is not a condition of purchase and it is not a condition of receiving an estimate. We never purchase, rent, or import phone numbers into this program.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to join this messaging program. By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected a phone number from someone under 18, we will remove it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive a handful of messages while their estimate is being arranged.

Cost

There is no charge from us for the messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Supported carriers and carrier liability

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program.

Privacy
