Z Painting Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is a licensed California painting contractor (CSLB #904532). This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request an estimate, including through our advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, home ZIP code, and details about your painting project when you fill out a form, call, text, or message us.
- Advertising platform data: when you submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, that platform shares your form responses with us so we can respond to your request. Those platforms have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or provide estimates and painting services.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text from us to opt out of texts.
- To keep records of our customer relationships.
Text messaging and phone contact
When you submit a request for an estimate through one of our forms, you are asked to agree to be contacted by phone and text message at the number you provide. Agreeing is optional. It is not a condition of purchase and it is not a condition of receiving an estimate.
The disclosure you agree to reads:
"By submitting this form I agree that Z Painting, Inc. and OakWind Studio LLC, acting on its behalf, may call and text me at the number I provide, including by automated means, about my estimate request. Agreeing is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
If you agree, Z Painting Inc. and OakWind Studio LLC, acting on Z Painting's behalf, may call or text you about your estimate request, including by automated means. Messages relate to your request only. They include confirming that we received it, asking for a photo of the home, providing a price range, and arranging an in home walkthrough. We do not send bulk or promotional text campaigns to this list.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call our office at (909) 273-0466.
We do not sell your information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our customer-relationship management (CRM) and scheduling software and our marketing service provider, and only so they can perform those services for us.
